Shipping costs and information:
By default, the goods can only be shipped in Germany.
Your order will be shipped via DHL.
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.99 per order.
When shipping to German islands, we do not charge you an island surcharge.
Shipping outside of Germany:
If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing an order (info@emobilityshop.de) and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
Delivery times:
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Shipping is from Minden (NRW).
Alternatively, the goods can of course also be delivered to us at Kuckuckstr. 31a, in 32427 Minden.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Payment in advance by bank transfer
Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 2-3 days, stating the intended use.
We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. Cash on collection
You collect the goods yourself from us and pay in cash on site.
We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Kuckuckstr. 31a, 32427 Minden
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
